FIELD: baking industry, in particular, spraying of doughs. SUBSTANCE: water spraying apparatus has block of position detectors detecting position of movable object to be sprayed and at least one light flux reflection coefficient measuring device. Inputs of measuring devices are connected with mentioned object and block of position detectors and outputs are connected with one input of locking device, whose other input is connected with quality setter. Outputs of locking device are connected with inputs of second and subsequent commutators. Block of position detectors is connected through related commutator and feeding valve with each nozzle for supplying air-water mixture to object to be sprayed. Other output of each commutator is connected to related drain valve and output of each feeding valve is connected through related drain valve to drain tank, which is connected through pump with each feeding valve.
