FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: suppository has eucalimin 0.045-0.055; chicken fat 0.068-0.084, and solid fat of type A or vitepsol as a base. Eucalimin is used as powder (dispersity is 0.5-1 mcm) that is mixed preliminary with chicken fat at ratio 1:1.5 at 36-38 C for 10-15 min. Then the obtained mixture is added to base at 36-38 C at intensive stirring for 5 min and ready mass is poured in forms. New medicinal composition of suppository shows antibacterial, antiviral and antiinflammatory action and does not cause by-side effect on human organism.
