Variant 1: nystatin 212 500-287 500 IU; butylhydroxyanisole 0.000074-0.000076; butylhydroxytoluene 0.00014-0.00016; food citric acid 0.000074-0.000076; Vaseline oil 0.047-0.064 and hydrophobic base - the rest. Variant 2: nystatin 425 000-575 000 IU; butylhydroxyanisole 0.000074-0.000076; butylhydroxytoluene 0.00014-0.00016; Vaseline oil 0.094-0.128; food citric acid 0.000074-0.000076 and hydrophobic base - the rest. Suppository is prepared for rectal use (mass is 1.95-2.30 g) at nystatin activity 212 500-287 500 and 425 000-575 000 IU or for vaginal use (mass is 2.35-2.70 g) at nystatin activity 212 500-287 500 and 425 000-575 000 IU. Invention can be used for preparing rectal and vaginal suppositories for prophylaxis and treatment of patients with sicknesses caused by yeast-like fungi of genus Candida, in candidomycosis of intestine and vagina lower parts mucosa, colpitis and vulvovaginitis also. Suppository has an uniform distribution of active components, decreased decomposition of nystatin by oxygen (fitness period of rectal and vaginal suppositories is up to 2 years).
