FIELD: medical engineering; physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: device has signal former and output terminal. It is also provided with pulse-width modulator, inverter selective filter, DC voltage converter, and input terminals of DC voltage. Signal former is based on controller, digital indication unit and keyboard unit. First output of signal former is connected to first input of pulse-width modulator, the output of which is connected to first input of inverter by means of power busbar. Second input of inverter is connected to second output of signal former. Inverter output is connected to selective filter input through power busbar. First output of selective filter is output terminal. First and second inputs of DC voltage converter are first and second input terminals of DC voltage, respectively. First output of DC voltage converter is connected to signal former input and second output, to second input of pulse-width modulator, the third input of which is connected to first input of DC voltage converter through power busbar. Fourth input of pulse-width modulator is connected to second output of selective filter. First and second outputs of controller in signal former are first and second outputs of signal former, respectively. Third output of controller is connected to input of digital indication unit through information busbar. Controller input is connected to keyboard unit output through other information busbar.
