FIELD: equipment for protecting respiratory organs from harmful contaminants in air. SUBSTANCE: filtering-absorbing box has cylindrical casing with bottom and throat, dust-tight pad, aerosol-proof filter, upper and lower nets with fastening units, layer of granulated absorber positioned between upper and lower nets. Lower net is provided with skirt and ridges of corrugated metal concentrically arranged in spaced relation one relative to another, with space being equal to 0.18-0.22 of casing inner diameter. Lower net fastening unit has annular projections arranged on net skirt and casing. Depth of projections is 1.2-1.7 of casing wall thickness. Aerosol-proof filter is secured within sleeve by hermetic. Filtering-absorbing box allows breathing resistance to be reduced by 20-25%. EFFECT: increased efficiency by enhanced protective properties under the action of impacts and oscillations. 2 dwg
