FIELD: materials handling; storage and lifting of cylindrical articles on aircraft holders. SUBSTANCE: device has sealed container installed on base and consisting of housing and upper cover. Housing is formed by two semicylinders arranged coaxially with radial clearance in between. Upper cover is formed by several wings retracted into clearance. Base has three-support chassis with front support operated by carrier. Chassis is made foldable to provide packaging of containers. Special compartment is made in front portion of container. Device has trunnions for mounting uprights of suspension cable system for long cut cylindrical articles. Movable cradles with shackles for stowing long-out cylindrical articles and mounting cable system are arranged inside container. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 cl, 4 dwg
