FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: transporting and docking facility comprises self-propelled chassis with platform for positioning installation and appliance for its loading-unloading. The proposed facility incorporates protecting-docking module representing hood designed to protect container containing the installation against external effects on its loading onto the proposed facility, during transportation and unloading. The said container loading-unloading appliance is mounted on platform rear part and furnished with rotary boom. The said boom incorporates lifting appliance for suspending girder that can be jointed by rigid or flexible elements with the installation container and/or with the protecting-docking module. The protecting-docking module outer side surface accommodates guiding elements that ensure docking, while its top surface has slot for the girder to pass through on docking the installation, the said slot being closed by flaps. The proposed facility comprises also additional protective hood arranged on the platform and furnished with a drive to turn it in vertical plane. The said additional hood protects the container with installation placed in the protecting-docking module during transportation.
EFFECT: protection against external effects, accurate mounting of installation on object and docking it with object in unloading.
