FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of ammonium phosphate, phosphoric acid and potassium hydroxide as parent reagents for producing the end product exhibiting pH 6-8. Phosphoric acid is ammonized partially with gaseous ammonia at 200-270 C. The obtained ammonium phosphate melt has 10% P2O5, not above, as polyphosphates at pH 2-4. The obtained product is dissolved in potassium hydroxide an aqueous solution taken at amount providing mass ratio P2O5 : K2O = 1.2-3.2 in the end product.
