FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus-92 showing high biochemical activity. Strain is able to multiply at 39-40 C and enrich milk with vitamins and amino acids. New strain shows high antibacterial activity and suppresses growth and development of gram-negative and gram-positive pathogenic and harmful microorganisms. New strain shows resistance to antibiotic, chemotherapeutic, antiseptic preparations and toxic chemicals. Strain L. acidophilus-92 showing strong antagonistic effect can be used for treatment of gastroenteric diseases and correction of disbacteriosis, different gastroenteric diseases and large intestine cancer also.
