FIELD: hydrometallurgy of nonferrous and rare metals. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at selectively separating and recovering purer product in solid phase of precipitate and aqueous phase of filtrate. In the first step, original solution is treated with inorganic precipitators to form precipitate consisting of carbonates, hydroxides, or hydroxocarbonates of those elements having lower precipitation pH value. Resulting filtrate containing elements with higher precipitation pH value is withdrawn as final product. Precipitate is used in the second step as precipitator to treat original solution. Second-step precipitate contains pure elements with lower precipitation pH value and is withdrawn from process, and filtrate is treated with inorganic precipitator as in the first step. In the first step pH value is maintained within 2-5 range, in the second step 0.5 to 3. EFFECT: improved element separation selectivity. 4 cl, 1 tbl
