FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: regulator has worm gear shaft, kinematically connected with doffer through fabric leading off device mounted on worm gear shaft and on loom frame. Fabric leading off device has system of toothed gears including two elliptical eccentric toothed gears. Driving eccentric toothed gear is rigidly fixed on worm gear shaft and driven eccentric toothed gear is paired with cylindrical toothed gear and mounted on for free rotation on pin positioned on loom frame. Cylindrical toothed gear is kinematically connected through driving and replaceable cylindrical toothed gears with doffer.
