FIELD: tunnel construction technology. SUBSTANCE: device has self-propelled gantry frame which carries mechanism for cutting slots over work face contour with guiding arched metal structure and cutting-off machine, and machine for installation of permanent lining. Mechanism for cutting slots is made in the form of front and rear arched guide members of various diameter resting on gantry. Installed on guide members are front and rear carriages with common drive for moving. Carriages are pivotally connected with longitudinal lifting frame with slots. Installed in slots is cutting-off machine with hydraulic cylinders for longitudinal displacement. Cylinders are connected with longitudinal lifting frame. Pivotally installed on rear carriage are telescopic guide members and lifting hydraulic cylinder which is pivotally connected with lifting frame. Machine for installation of lining is made in the form of arched block-placer with telescopic lifting mechanism and two vertical guide members, each of them carrying bogie with grips. Bogie is connected with common drive for moving. One of vertical guide members is pivotally connected with arch of block-placer with possibility of its turning. Arch of block-placer at each side is connected by ball joints with telescopic guide members installed in gantry frame, and also with lifting hydraulic cylinder. Upper band of block-placer arch is made in the form of roll conveyer with transportation carriage and fixing pins. EFFECT: high efficiency. 5 dwg
