METHOD FOR MODELING OF INTERSTITIAL NEPHRITIS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: pathological physiology, investigation of destruction mechanisms of displaced kidney in case of tissue compatibility. SUBSTANCE: method involves surgical reproduction of absolute neural displaced of kidney, malfunction of lymph drain, removal of counter-lateral organ. Then subjected organism which has single displaced kidney is treated in first days after surgical operation for one weak by means of daily intramuscular myelopide (B-Activin) injections of 0.2-0.5 mg per kg. Reproducibility of apparent interstitial nephritis is tested in experiments with dogs and rats. EFFECT: investigation of negative influence of long-term transplantation factors to kidney and research towards methods for their correction. 2 dwg
