FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intramuscularly administering Pyrogenal into experimental organism daily during two weeks beginning from the second day of the postoperative period at a dose of 40-60 minimum pyrogenic doses/kg of body weight after having reproduced by means of surgical operation kidney decentralization phenomenon. Structural and functional phenomena of tubular interstitial nephritis of edematous infiltration type develop in the decentralized kidney as a result of the measures applied. EFFECT: enhanced reproducibility of the modelled nephropathy under conditions of active granulocytous leukocyte pool. 2 dwg
