SUBSTANCE: system has ripple filter whose input and common bus function as input of system to connect chopper and output is connected to input of matching unit, it also has signal shaping unit, high-voltage coil whose primary is connected directly collector of output stage power transistor using common-emitter circuit and power bus. In addition, system is provided with current generator, parametric voltage regulator, and light indicator unit. Parametric voltage regulator is inserted between power bus and power input of matching unit; light indicator unit is inserted between the latter and ripple filter input; current generator is connected between power bus and system input. Output stage is built up of complementary-connected transistors of which first one is controlled current generator whose input is coupled with signal shaping unit output.
