FIELD: wire, radio, relay and satellite communication. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of phase manipulator, second matching filter, phase demodulator, serial circuit of third matching filter, phase demodulator and comparator, AND gate. Signal input of phase manipulator is connected to output of delay gate which input is connected to output of filter. Output of second phase demodulator is connected to input of second comparator, which output is connected to second input of AND gate, which output is connected to signal input of breaker. Modulating input of phase manipulator is connected to output of first comparator. Clock input of third comparator is connected to output of synchronization unit. Output of third matching filter is connected to output of phase manipulator. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
