FIELD: electrical and radio communication. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use for transmission of multichannel and single-channel messages under start-stop and continuous modes over radio, radio relay, optical and space communication lines. Multi-channel communication system is supplemented at transmitting side with pulse counter and multiplexer connected in series and at receiving side with storage circuit and threshold unit connected in series. By such arrangement probability of false alarm per day is in the order of 10-3 which corresponds to one false operation of receiver for 1000 days of operation. EFFECT: increased pulse power of transmitter and provision for start-stop operation mode. 3 dwg
