FIELD: food industry, more particularly making sugary confectionery. SUBSTANCE: in order to make pomade stuff, anticrystalling-and-stabilizing additive is added to said stuff in amount of 0.05-0.5% of total weight of candy. Alcohol impregnated berries are first treated by applying protecting envelope on the surface thereof. Said protecting envelope includes protein or hydrocarbon additive. EFFECT: improved properties of candies and prolonged storage period thereof up to 4 months.
