FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two polyvinyl chloride tubes one of which is guiding one. It has diameter of 0.9 cm and current-conducting sealing rings coupled to monopolar electrode spaced over internal surface each 30 cm. Both tube ends are closed with circular porolon unions and the distal end has evacuation tube for making connection to vacuum suction pump. The second tube is working one. It has diameter of 0.5 cm and marks spaced each 10 cm. The tube is placed inside of guide having two restrictor valves as rubber cover on the outer wall of the working tube. Current-conducting restrictor valve as rubber cuff with electric bulb connected with electrode is placed between two restrictor valves. Opening for supplying medication solution is located between to different valves in one space and evacuation openings are located in the second space. To make connection of working tube ends, special kind of locking unit is provided. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of circular intubation both of colon and intestine and evacuation of intestinal contents; uniform distribution of drugs introduced into intestine. 1 dwg
