FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing catheters through puncture holes in the anterior abdominal cavity wall. The catheters are set in the right and left subdiaphragmatic spaces, right and left lateral abdominal canals, small pelvis and the central part of the abdominal cavity. Autoblood is introduced through the catheters into the abdominal cavity at a dose of 7-10 ml per 1 kg of body mass. Microbe suspension composed of staphylococci, Escherichia coli, blue pus bacilli and peptococci is introduced in three stages in equal proportions 24 h later. Microbe bodies suspension is introduced at the first stage in the amount of 50-55 billions of microbe bodies per 1 kg of animal body mass, and 20-25 billions of microbe bodies per 1 kg of animal body mass are introduced at the second and the third stage. The suspension is administered in holding 6 h pauses. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in approximating real clinical picture of pathological process dynamics.
