FIELD: medicine; laser therapy. SUBSTANCE: light guide is passed through narrowed pyloric channel. In this case, tractions are alternately combined with variation of angle between endoscope and pylorus. Light guide is positioned at distance of 0.5-0.7 cm and at angle of 45-90 deg to ulcer defect, and laser therapy of ulcer defect is performed. Method allows performance of local laser therapy of poststenotic ulcer. EFFECT: higher results of treatment.
