SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery, endoscopy, and concerns problem of duodenum bleeding arrest by installing stents. Device for duodenum bleeding arrest contains tubular elongated mesh frame of wire with shape memory. Frame has input end part, made with outer surface for pyloric section of stomach with possibility of fixation in this section, central expanded part with outer surface for duodenal bulb and outlet part with outer surface for descending part of duodenum with possibility of fixation in this section. Diameter of places of programmed narrowings between inlet and central parts exceeds diameter of pylorus and bulbo-duodenal transition respectively.

EFFECT: advantages of device are reliability, stability and easy installation of stent, as well as possibility of reposition of stent at dislocation during installation or afterwards.
