FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used on metal-cutting machinery in carriages, rests, work tables, slides of grinding, duplicating-milling, tool-grinding, and other machine-tools. Rolling guide members have movable and stationary components which are fixed by tightening unit along axis which is perpendicular to planes of guide members. Tightening unit is made with spring-loaded member with possibility of its displacement along axis of guide members. Ensured in device is stable accuracy of movement due to elimination of parasitic motions and breaking-off forces of movable component of guide members with retaining technological mobility of movable component relative to stationary component along axis of moving direction.
