ARRANGEMENT FOR ACTIVE CONTROL OF LINEAR SIZES OF ARTICLES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B24B49/00 G01B7/12 

FIELD: the invention refers to machine-tool construction and may be used for automatic control of linear sizes and deviations of the form of details, cutting and control instruments with minimal tolerance of 2-4 mkm and any number of lugs with minimal their width of 0,05 mm on grinding operations.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has an accounting unit and a contact inductive transformer having a measuring rod, a magnetic conductor with reels and an executing mechanism. The measuring rod is fulfilled three-edged with an inner opening with a tip and a mobile core and is installed on guiding advancing displacement in the shape of a roll gapless guide of rolling motion filled with tough liquid and having a hermetic membrane. The magnetic conductor with induction coils and an executive mechanism are located in a common body. Inside the opening of the measuring rod there is a flat spring with a cover plate out of friction material. The last contacts with the end face plane of the screw installed motionlessly in a lateral threading opening of the body of the transformer in the direction of a traversal axis of the measuring rod.

EFFECT: as a result the errors in measuring of linear sizes of articles are reduced at fulfillment of static and dynamic measurements with finishing them to admissible meanings.
