FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for locking doors of dwelling and public premises, wardrobes, and other lockable objects. Locking mechanism has coding plate with ribbed surface, slide-member kinematically connected with driving lug, and at least one stopping strip secured relative to slide-member with possibility of flat-parallel movement relative to slide-member. Inner space of driving lug has annular bores. Also provided is open longitudinal slot. Insert has protrusion located in longitudinal slot of driving lug and is of profile corresponding to annular bores of driving lug. Insert is provided with stop which carries electric switch. Insert also has at least one through-slot for passing of locking strips. Locking strips are unlocked when entering aforesaid slot. EFFECT: high efficiency. 13 cl, 9 dwg
