FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: whenever a key is inserted into a lock, the possibility to move a bar and to compare a key code with a lock code is blocked. and transfer of level tumbles from the initial position into the working position ends by their fixation. Afterwards the key code is memorised without the necessity to vary any element of the code. During further rotation of the key the interlock of comparison between the code of the memorised key copy and the lock code goes off, and the memorised key code is compared with the lock code, and if codes match, the bar motion interlock is removed, and a force is sent from the key to the bar for its motion in accordance with the direction of the key motion for lock opening or locking. The invention relates to locking mechanisms of level tumbler locks, in which there is a mechanism to memorise positions of level tumblers after fixation of the key code, comprising a key code fixator.

EFFECT: higher criminalistic resistance of locking and opening of a lock as a result of elimination of the possibility of lock opening by skeleton keys.
