FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used for closing of axial passage in packer barrel at its seating. It adds more reliability in operation of device, dampens hydraulic shock and guarantees freeing of axial passage in packer barrel from valving device after seating of packer. Device has body, seating member, bush, shear member, and supporting member with calibrating passage. Body is made to suit packer barrel. Seating member is made in the form of protrusion. Bush is located in axial passage of body and is connected with body by fixing member and creates chamber with it. Located in lower part of body is supporting member having calibrating passage. Located under supporting member is hollow plunger with shear member. Device is provided with collet-type detent which interacts with annular protrusion and bush which has lateral partition with throttling passage of diameter which is less than diameter of calibrating passage. Supporting member together with lateral partition form inner space in body. Supporting member and hollow plunger form together annular chamber which is hydraulically connected with inner space through calibrating passage, and is also connected with packer barrel space through throttling passage.
