FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be applied for well equipment with liner casing pipes in case of impaired production strings. Device consists of housing with supports connected with nipple, with spring-loaded latches between them, surrounding the nipple. Housing top end is connected with splined nut, and bottom end connected with a coupling, to form annular chamber, in which there is pusher with a power piston fitted to interact with spring-loaded latches, spring-loaded annular stepped piston, under which cavity is hydraulically connected through bypass hole with axial channel of nipple, shut in initial position with shutter coupled with nipple by shear element. Drive for removal of shutter is made in form of separating plug. Coupling is equipped with hydraulic cylinder, bushing with circulation opening and longitudinal channels surrounding stepped ring piston, trunk enveloping the nipple, and internal bore linked to hole in coupling body with hydraulic cylinder above power piston coupled with pusher, in which snap ring facing to annular riflings upon trunk body, on the outer surface of which there is sleeve with belts at its ends, with row of longitudinal slots, and enveloped by seal that rests on stop nut coupled with trunk. Housing is equipped with splined nut with inner lengthwise grooves to accommodate mating ledges of adapter. Outer surface of adapter is threaded, and lock nut is installed with possibility of end contact with body. At lower end of nipple there is squeezing plug, related to pin, removal of which is made in form of mounting valve freely passing through shutter axial channel and included in interaction with squeezing plug. Connection mechanism of stalk pipe to housing is placed on lower end of pipe string and is made in form of upper branch pipe with nut and insulating gasket, connected through coupling to extension piece equipped with sealing, installed with possibility of end contact insulating gaskets and end splined nut, at simultaneous contact coupling with annular piston pusher.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and efficiency of device operation.
