SLING TESTING STAND Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: hoisting and transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has welded frame 1 positioned horizontally. Loading hydrocylinders 2 coupled to pump station are hinged-connected to lower part of frame. Rods of hydrocylinders are secured on cross-piece 3 moving in guides 4 and coupled to loading ropes 5 which bend round block 6 and 7 and are coupled by their ends to power cart 8. The latter has removable shackles 9, rocker arm 10 and pin 11. Basic frame 1 has hinge-suspended frames 12, 13 and 14, each having pins 15 and 16. Stops 17, 18, 19 are secured on frame 1 and bend-round blocks 22 and pins 21 and 22 are provided on it. Single- or multi-branch slings 23 are tested on stand. EFFECT: higher testing results. 5 dwg
