FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: test stand may be used in testing of high-power transmitting units. Test stand has drive electric motor and drive hydraulic motor with flywheel and expanding clutch connected to tested and production transmissions through power drive. Test stand includes hydraulic pump coupled to production transmission through power drive, hydraulic control valve with electric magnets and hydraulic accumulators. Test stand is provided with accelerating mechanism consisting of accelerating pump coupled to tested transmission through power drive and two-position electromagnetic hydraulic control valve. Two-position hydraulic control valve couples alternately either accelerating or loading hydraulic pump to hydraulic accumulation when position are changed over. Test stand is also provided with two hydraulic accumulators with pressure transducers and electromagnetic hydraulic control valve for interaction of pressure transducers with electric magnets of both hydraulic control valve. Test stand is smoothly set to normal operating condition. It stabilizes power-supply mains voltage. EFFECT: reduced power of drive electric motor. 1 dwg
