FIELD: protective clothes used in oil production, in particular, manufacture of protective gloves for working with corrosive mediums at low temperatures. SUBSTANCE: gloves have cotton felt coarse napped fabric warp with surface density of 200-250 mg/sq cm and outer layer made from polyesterurethane having tensile strength of 45-57 MPa and specific rupture elongation of 450-500%. Method involves preparing polymeric solution at temperature of 20-25 C with viscosity of 150-200 Pa. Polymeric solution contains, % by weight: plasticizer or dibutyl phthalate 0.5-1.6; rape-seed or hydraulic oil 0.5-1.6; carbon black 0.01-0.02; fat-soluble dye 0.05-0.1; acetone 24-28; polyesterurethane the balance; holding napped fabric warp in water for 1-2 hours at temperature of 20-30 C; squeezing in centrifuge at speed of 1.500-2.500 rev/min for 1.5-2 min; submerging into polymeric solution for 5-10 sec; holding in air for 2-3 min; submerging into water for 2-6 hours at 20-35 C; holding in air for 15-20 min and drying at 50-70 C for 10-12 hours. Method allows gloves service life to be increased to 10-15 days (up to 140 hours) in corrosive mediums at low air temperatures of up to -25 C.
