FIELD: gas lasers. SUBSTANCE: longitudinal-discharge gas laser has insulating monoblock with laser channel filled with active has medium and surrounded by mirrors mounted through sealed joints on end surfaces of monoblock to form optical cavity, as well as anode, cathode, and specially introduced getter spaces joined with laser channels and mounting anode, cathode with expanded long surface contacting active medium to excite discharge in it, and or more getters, respectively; cathode and getter spaces are located at respective end surfaces of monoblock and sealed with mirror substrates; exhaust tube communicating with getter space is placed cavity made on side surface of monoblock. EFFECT: improved design. 25 cl, 4 dwg
