FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: When extracorporal cataract extraction through corneal access is completed, ultrasonic trabeculopuncture is applied as microfistulizing operation. It is fulfilled through the same access on the side of anterior chamber of the eye in quadrants opposite to the access with no breakage of conjunctiva integrity. EFFECT: prevented intra- and postoperative complications.
