FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly treatment of sewage deposits and activated sludge to prepare liquid fuel. SUBSTANCE: deposit heated to 80-90 C is mixed with petroleum residue or black oil heated to 100-160 C at Reynolds number of 100 for 15-35 minutes. The resulting emulsion slurry is used as liquid boiler fuel. EFFECT: more efficient treatment method. 4 tbl
