FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for isolation of beds in operation of well. Hydraulic packer has hollow barrel with two valve seats. Mounted on barrel are slip sockets and cone of anchoring unit. Body of hermetic sealing device is rigidly connected with cone of anchoring unit. Packer is also provided with hydraulic actuator and unpacking hydraulic unit. Packer components are mechanically interconnected so that free travel is provided between hydraulic actuator and unpacking hydraulic unit. This free travel is needed for movement of slip sockets and sealing members of hermetic sealing device. There is packer design in which connection of working chamber of hydraulic actuator with annular space is effected above and below hermetic sealing device depending on pressure in under-packer zone.
