FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: loaded hollow plunger is mounted for permitting periodic interaction with a rod spring-loaded with respect to the housing baffle. The rod is step and has through passage and valve gate. The valve gate is hydraulically unbalanced. The housing has step face bore for receiving the rod. The smaller step of the bore is in communication with the drain. The passage for supplying working fluid is made in the side wall of the big step of the bore whose depth is lesser than the free stroke of the rod before the interaction with the spring. The length of the rod step, which interacts with the grater step of the bore, is chosen to provided overlapping fluid supply at the end position of the rod at the beginning of the fluid supply.
