SUBSTANCE: device has input register, N output registers, clock oscillator, OR gate which has N inputs, N classification units, each of which has AND gate, three memory units, comparison unit and address counter. In addition device has control unit, which has N OR gates, two groups off N AND gates and N inhibition gates which have M-1 inputs. In addition device has decision making unit which has M groups of AND gates which have respectively two, three, .., M inputs, and group of M OR gates which have respectively N-m inputs. EFFECT: searching tolerance classes of current control situations and corresponding control actions from set of connected component tolerance spaces which are dual to linear structure. 3 cl, 5 dwg
