SUBSTANCE: device has anode which is made from lithium or lithium alloy, multiple-layer separator, cathode, electrolyte and porous nickel diaphragm which is located between layers of separator. diaphragm is made from nickel foil which thickness is in range of is in range of 20-250 mcm, porosity 10-60 % and pore size 1-50 mcm. At least one foil side may have additional nickel layer which porosity level is up to 85 %, thickness is in range of 5-50 mcm and pore size 0.1-10 mcm.
