FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coated anode material and to an accumulator with a coated metal anode. Anode material comprises lithium metal whose surface is coated with an amorphous layer of material selected from: Si, Ge, C, Al, Au. Said coating does not prevents transfer of lithium from anode into electrolyte and effectively suppresses formation of dendrites and increases specific energy of accumulator.
EFFECT: technical result is increased capacity and number of cycles of battery recharging.
