FIELD: agricultural technology. SUBSTANCE: this is aimed at increasing energy of germination of seeds of vegetables and other crops. According to method, treatment is effected by bubbling. Simultaneously subjected to effect of power magnetic lines of opposite polarity is flow of solution of microelements moving in closed circuit. Solution is heated to temperature of 20-25 C and it contains components in following ratio, mas.%: sulfuric manganese, 0.05-0.1; blue vitriol, 0.05-0.2; boric acid, 0.003-0.1; sulfuric zinc, 0.1-0.2; water, the balance. Magnetic device for presowing treatment of seeds has body, and coaxially located inside it are means for creating permanent magnetic field and hollow magnetic circuit. Provided in hollow magnetic circuit in its lower part over perimeter is opening. Means for creating permanent magnetic field has casing which holds permanent magnets in its inside placed successively on each other by similar polarity poles. Magnets are secured in upper part by stopper having holes over its perimeter. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
