FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for presowing treatment of seeds of vegetable cultures involves effect of liquid medium containing the seed germinating capacity stimulating agent on seeds. Brine of the natural mineral bischofite of the formula MgCl2 x 6 HO is used as a stimulating agent. Effect with brine is carried out at 30-45oC for 2-8 h. Seeds are activated from resting state by effect of magnetic field with power 200-400 Oe in treatment with bischofite brine with the concentration of mineral bischofite 15-100 wt.-% in the solution. Method for treatment of seeds provides accelerating germination process, preparing loaded seedlings and enhancing the productivity.
