FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises polymerization of 1,3-butadiene in aromatic or aliphatic comprises polymerization of 1,3-butadiene in aromatic or aliphatic solvent or mixture thereof in the presence of catalytic complex. Said complex comprises triisobutyl aluminium and titanium halides. Polymerization is carried out in several polymerization batteries operating in series, and streams from batteries are then mixed in common collector. Polymerizate from on "donor" battery is distributed among the rest of working batteries at 10-20 wt.-% polymer to the rated amount of monomer and is fed together with recirculating solvent having temperature of 50-90 C to stream of low-molecular polymer prepared in first reactor batteries, and polymerization process is further carried out in subsequent reactor batteries simultaneously on active polymer centers from "donor" battery and low-molecular weight polymer.
