In spatial unit, at least one side wall is welded to base plate, and roofing plate is installed on it. Formed perpendicularly to side wall on plate of base are concrete ribs protruding inside from base plate. Two side walls are built on base plate 16. Height of side walls 17 is equal to height of spatial unit 10. Formed on base plate are end walls 18, 19 which connect side walls, and base ribs 38, 39 which are parallel to them. Base ribs in combination with side walls create receptacle for transformer chamber 44, and socle for installing intermediate wall to restrict transformer chamber, or wall panel 40, 42. At least one of side walls has ventilation door 24. End wall 18 or 19 has closing door 28 for medium voltage compartment 45 or low voltage compartment 47. EFFECT: high efficiency. 22 cl, 22 dwg
