FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of special purpose facilitites, in particular to manufacture of transportable modules designed to contain main process equipment. The container unit for process equipment comprises a body in the form of a framework reinforced from inside with metal angle bar with a base with non-flammable thermal insulator. The container unit is equipped with a power supply system, a heating system, a ventilation system, a fire alarm system. A container unit is provided with means ensuring capture of the module with a lifting mechanism, and is separated into several compartments. The roof panel structure is similar to the structure of the wall panels. The framework is made of sandwich panels and reinforced on the outside with metal angle bar. The base is a frame, welded from longitudinal beams of channel №20, cross beams made of U-sections №18 installed one above another, central transverse beam made of U-sections №14 welded with each other. Inside the base the cell are formed from profile pipes and angles. Between the beams non-flammable heat insulator of "ISOROC" type, 150 mm thickness is laid, which is covered from above with the plywood FSF, 15 mm thickness, the cement bonded particle board CBPB, 16 mm thickness, and linoleum of "avtolin" type. The lower base of the frame has metal ventilated cable trays for laying of cables between compartments, the bottom, covered with steel sheets. inside the longitudinal beams made of channel №20 from edges and at the center the plates with grooves are welded, and along the whole length of the longitudinal beams made of channel №20 the spacers are installed. The panels of walls and roof are the bonded package the layers which, starting from the outside, consist of sheet steel, 1 mm thickness, plywood, 4 mm thickness, extruded polystyrene "PENOPLEKS 35", 80 mm thickness, plywood, 8 mm thickness, glass magnesite sheet, 10 mm thickness, galvanized steel sheet with 0.55 mm polymer coating. The compartment partitions are a package of galvanized steel with polymer coating 0.55 mm thickness, glass magnesite sheet, 10 mm thickness, plywood, 8 mm thickness, extruded polystyrene "PENOPLEX 35", 80 mm thickness, plywood, 8 mm thickness, glass magnesite sheet, 10 mm thickness, galvanized coated sheet 0.55 mm thickness. From outside the container unit walls are covered with the trapezoidal sheet C-10. The container units are equipped with entrance doors, made similarly to the walls and additionally coated with steel sheets 0.55 mm thick and having along the contour the rubber sealing, fitted with a door closer and lockable from outside with the key. On the roof of the product there are holes for ducts, which in transport position are plugged with process plugs.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the insulating properties of the structure.
