SUBSTANCE: this relates to producing mastic construction materials which can be used in arrangement of roof covering and water-repellent coverings of buildings and structures. Higher fire-safety and stability to weather effects are achieved due to fact, that after applying priming and bearing layers of material to base material, water-proofing layer is made of hardening mastic based on oligomeric rubber. After application of this water-proofing layer, it is subjected to technological holding during 30-120 min. Finally applied protective layer is in the form of sand with particle size of 0.5-2.0 mm used in amount of 3-5 kg. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
