FIELD: building. SUBSTANCE: composition has polymeric binding agent and vehicle. Polymeric binding agent - synthetic rubber - ethylenepropylene or polyisobutylene or chlorosulfated polyethylene as 10-20% solution in organic solvent. Vehicle - sulfate or hydrolytic lignin. Composition has additionally alkylphenolformaldehyde resin or colophony at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: synthetic rubber as 10-20% solution in an organic solvent 20-40; sulfate or hydrolytic lignin 50-70, and alkylphenolformaldehyde resin or colophony 10-15. Organic solvent - aliphatic hydrocarbon of hydrocarbon chain length -C₆-C₁₀- or aromatic xylene, toluene or their mixtures taken at ratio 0.1: 1.0 wt.-%.
