GEAR MEASURING TEMPERATURE IN TEMPERING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: gear has sensitive element placed into steel jacket. It is inserted with metal plate which shape has form of flange of branch pipe of tempering machine with hole in center equal to diameter of this branch pipe and four holes which locations and sizes match fastening holes in flange of branch pipe. Steel jacket is bent and anchored in hole in side face of metal plate by means of bushing and pressing metal ring put on steel jacket which is closed with plug with sealing on side of sensitive element. Insulated conductors of sensitive element are brought out from opposite side of steel jacket through hole that is sealed tight. Metal plate with sensitive element is mounted on flange of branch pipe of tempering machine and is pressed against gate of tempering machine with the aid of fastening bolts. End of steel jacket with sensitive element is located at distance that does not obstruct rotation of gate agitator of tempering machine. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability. 3 dwg
