Pesticide is extracted by with sodium hydroxide-saturated chloroform, filtered, and evaporated. Samples are applied on Silufol 50 carrier with 50-% aqueous solution of acetone and ice acetic acid. Fractional distillation is then carried out in methanol-acetone-ice acetic acid mixture. To identify raundan, mixture of equal volumes of 2% silver nitrate and 0.4% bromophenol blue solutions is utilized.
