SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the chemical-toxicological control at the sanitary-hygienic assessment of the livestock products, and also for the intravital and postmortem diagnostics of accidental poisoning of animals by aluminum compounds, namely, to the method of determination of aluminum in the biological objects, providing for mineralization of the analyzed sample using nitric, sulfuric and chloric acids, an aging of the mixture at the room temperature, boiling treatment up to its complete decolorization, refrigerating, neutralizing, addition of the reaction acetate buffer mixture, with the following measurement of its optical density and determination of concentration of aluminum according to the calibration diagram, differing that for mineralization of the sample the nitric, sulfuric and chloric acid are added to the sample simultaneously, the mixture is aged at the room temperature for 15-20 minutes, then it is heated up in the occluded bottle at a gradual rise of the temperature, the admixture is boiled up to a complete decolorization, apply acetate buffer mixture containing 10 % solution of hydrochloric hydroxylamine, 0.3 % eriochromecyanide R, 10 % solutions of NaOH andCH3COOH at pH = 5.4, and the measurement of the optical density is conducted at the wavelengthλ = 535 nanometers. The technical result is an improved accuracy, simplification and acceleration of the process of the analysis.
