FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: flexible frame is made in the form of spring 1 positioned inside elastic casing 2. To obtain frame bend, cable tie-rod 9 or 10 arranged in guides 7 and 8 is shifted for some length by any control mechanism. Guides 7 and 8 are formed by turns of spring 1 convex to the inside. Jackets 3 and 4 are fixed at space "n" in plane perpendicular to plane of guides 7 and 8 inside spring, opposite to each other, for the entire frame length. Jackets are fixed by ends of cables 5 and 6. With tie-rod 9 or 10 moving, jackets 3 and 4 prevent spring 1 compression or extension. They cause deformation of flexible frame, and tube bends. Alternation of tension of tie-rods 9 and 10 allows observation of cavity being examined and movement of endoscope in required direction. EFFECT: higher examination result. 3 dwg
